Twists, Turns, and Car Wash Golf Shots at AJ’s Family Fun Center! ⛳🏎️

By: Two Mini Golf Champs and One Questionable Driver

We weren’t done with go-karts and mini golf after our last visit to Craig’s Cruisers, so this time we checked out AJ’s Family Fun Center — and it was AWESOME.

Even though their go-kart track is a bit smaller, it has way more twists and turns, which made it extra fun to race around. Plus, they had a BOGO special, which meant double the rides and double the laughs!

Go-Karts Galore: Who Drove It Best? 🏁

  • Carter: Rode solo like a boss and took every turn like a pro.
  • Charlie: Went once with Mom (safe mode) and once with Dad (turbo mode).

Each round lasted about 4 minutes, which gave us plenty of time to get some speed, test out tricks, and try to pass each other. We laughed so hard we barely noticed the laps flying by!

Mini Golf + Mischief = Classic Charlie ⛳

After racing, we hit up the mini golf course, which had some fun uphill shots and tricky obstacles. But the real star of the game? The holes with water features!

Charlie “accidentally” sent his golf ball through the water stream — twice — and called it a “car wash.” We’re pretty sure he did it on purpose. Carter, on the other hand, played to win (and may or may not have celebrated every hole-in-one).

Final Thoughts: Small Track, Big Fun

AJ’s Family Fun Center was the perfect place to burn off some energy, laugh with the fam, and sneak in some friendly competition. With go-karts, mini golf, and deals like BOGO rides, it’s definitely a family favorite for Michigan road trips.

Next time, we’re bringing a stopwatch and keeping score… and maybe goggles for Charlie’s ball car washes!
